Inking She-Hulk

Sometimes the job of an inker is to take a perfectly good drawing and bring it “on-model”… meaning, the client is happy with the pencils they have, but wants them tweaked to look a bit more like the current version of the character.
For instance, I received some beautiful pencils by Tim Seeley to be inked for a She-Hulk toy package:
But the client felt the pencils didn’t look enough like the current version of She-Hulk. They also wanted the drawing to look more like the style of the then current artist drawing the monthly comic. Here’s what I came up with:

Emerald City Comic Con 2008

I’ll be attending the 6th Annual Emerald City Comic Con, May 10th-11th, in Seattle this year. It’s thrown by my friend Jim Demonakos and this year he asked me to contribute some art for the program… here’s a sneak peek.
LOST night
